Manufacturing Process (Compression Molding):
The yellow FRP grating is produced by placing a precise mixture of fiberglass reinforcement and thermosetting resin (pre-colored yellow) into a preheated mold. The mold is then closed under high hydraulic pressure, allowing the material to flow and fill the cavity completely. Heat and pressure are maintained until the resin cures, resulting in a strong, one-piece grating panel with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
